The human resource management and organizational behavior section of the ABS is a relatively young section. The section's current research interests are in ethical and charismatic leadership in organizations, the effects of human resource management practices and systems, proactivity and creativity at work, the role of time in organizations, and cross-cultural issues in OB and HRM such as expatriate management.
